Community Description

We are tucked away down a quiet street adjacent to the western Chehalis walking trail. Located on site are our heated outdoor summer pool, weight room, basketball court, cabana and much more! Each unit has a full-size washer and dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher and stove. Our cabana that is open to resident between 8am-9pm and our office is open Monday- Saturday 8am- 5pm. We also have covered parking for $20 per month and garages for $120 per month for our residents. All non-covered parking spots are free.
